I do agree with you, teams changing their formation / style do always seem to struggle.

But I reckon any team at the bottom trying to play a possession based 4-2-3-1 are going to struggle every bit as much.

Really, we should have switched a year earlier, and I reckon we would have done had Emi been sold as anticipated.
