Not seen a detailed explanation of the special administration, but I assume it will be run by the administrators through the Winter until the price cap is refreshed. At that point, someone may be prepared top buy them / take on their customers.

If they are on a variable tariff as Ben says, their customers will probably already be at the current price cap.
