We locked down after Spain and France in relation to when 30 cases were recorded but importantly we had the benefit of seeing what was happening there and in Italy so pretty inexcusable we couldn’t lock down sooner. Plus being a major travel hub with lots of domestic travel it was likely we’d be hit harder. Italy at least had a reasonable excuse being hit so early.
