Somebody who thinks his time is up, but respects the board's decision to give him to the end of the season to prove me, and his other doubters wrong. This respect is due to the fact I believe the board have a plan for the summer, and their public face now,which is different.

I also believe the board aren't so short-sighted not to realise the depth of feeling, and therefore that the former plan will come into force in the summer.

Finally, I'm someone who will always look at things from many different angles before making a decision, and even when that decision is made will see the situation from the other side. As a result, whilst I fully respect people who have a differing viewpoint (or even the same viewpoint), I find it difficult to enter into dialogue with them, or accept that opinion, if they're not even prepared to look at it from different angles.
