He's The Manager. M-A-N-A-G-E-R. He "Manages" Them.

They respond, according to the effectiveness of his MANAGEMENT.

If they are not responding or performing poorly, then it is down to his MANAGEMENT as MOTIVATION is part of his job brief.

If the performances of the players are nothing to so with the Manager and he is blameless, then so he is blameless for their successes as well. Yet is that success he previously had, managing those players, that is your and other KTF's main argument for keeping him!

So if we do well, its down to the Manager.
And if we f**k up, its not the Managers fault.

Christ, I wish it was like that in "real life"!
