2) So you're advocating that :

If we in, it's down to the players,
If we don't, it's not the players' fault

3) We're supporters. S-U-P-P-O-R-T-E-R-S. That means we support them - not moan like f**k when things aren't going right.

4) We also don't know what motivation and management is given, and how much is perfectly acceptable, yet ignored.
