By your logic we don't need a manager at all as whoeever it is clearly has no impact on how the team performs as that is down to the players alone!

I think we all acknowledge that the players have performed badly this season. Some are underperforming, some are just crap and unable to perform better than they are. At the end of the day though the buck has to stop with the manager!
