if the first 20 minutes were so good...

when we were playing 4-5-1, why did Worthy switch to 4-4-2 when Charlton moved to LB, when he could have retained the 4-5-1 easily (having two midfielders on the bench)?
Was it maybe that he thought we had more chance of scoring with 2 up front and now we were behind we needed a goal? The idea that you might need a goal even when the score is 0-0 (away from home anyway)still doesn't seem to have occurred to him...
