If The Players & The Manager Are Not Equally Accountable...

...then why have a Manager in the first place?

He picks the team, he coaches them-whatever that means-or, at the very least, oversees and approves of the coaching, he chooses his squad and tactics. If they then go out there, underperform, and are as inept as they have been, then its down to him as well and that is unarguable.
