Most of us don't think Thorne, Charlton and others are worthy of a place in the squad...

Just like there are those who think that he isn't worthy of his role as manager.

However, the fact remains that this squad is one that he's constructed, and has managed while they've underperformed. He has failed to do the fundamental aspects of his job for too long now and has to go.
