Thanks
Firstly thanks for responding.
She will prioritise a clean friendly apartment over pretty much everything else. She will focus on work initially and decide what she wants to do in the City over time. Definitely some take aways for me to get her thinking about before she comes over.
Walkable to work nice but not essential. I cannot see her cycling though. She won't want a lengthy commute or a horrendous tube line (are there any that aren't?) as she will probably work long hours.
She has already commented that some stuff on spareroom.co.uk is out of her 'age bracket' so they are clearly looking for people younger than her.
I think a shortlist of ideas for her to narrow her search even a little would help so let me ask a little more what she is looking to do out of hours.
