This doesn't do anything to the GFA. Even a court ruled that no deal brexit would not directly affect the GFA unless the EU force Ireland to enforce a border which obviously it wouldn't do.

And if these are the proposals that act as a continuance until a free trade deal has been agreed then so be it.

It also gives the NIA/Irish the decision rather than having an imperialist EU and UK decide a future for them.
