I think they just need to be sure they can maximise revenue from a new stand

particularly given that it would be the main/prime location in the ground for corporates.

Just sticking another tier on the City Stand wouldn't be cost-effective so they would need to rebuild the whole thing.

Actually, I think McNally said that too a couple of years ago.
