Well thats true. And clearly done a good job.
They lost that quality from the squad and he replaced it with either talent at the club or bought much cheaper alternatives to do the job.
In the same Time frame. Alex Neil also has a -9M net spend......Thats what happens to relegated clubs.
They sell some of their better players and normally replace them with cheaper players to make up for the shortfall in revenue.
