I think net spend is important....... again......

im not saying he didn't spunk a load of cash on some players that are not worth it.

Hoots also did a lot of spunking but is clearly a good coach, which made up for it.

Lambert never really had a lot of cash to spunk.
He found lower level players to move us through the divisions, knowing when to let them go when they had reached their level (think players like Micheal Nelson)
