does Moxey have the desire/leverage?

McNally was brought in at a time when we needed a saviour - and he was that. So he would have had the clout to both say 'look, you brought me here to fix things' and 'look, you know I can deliver results - trust me on this'

We don't know what mandate Moxey was brought in on, and whether he has any desire to do more than keep things ticking over financially. He may not have quite the same urge to do things and he doesn't yet have the track record at City to prove that he needs to be listened to.
