Like my previous post said a manager of any club only has a certain time and then due to a variety of factors he moves on.

We all wanted AN to succeed but he looks and sounds half the man he was when he rocked up at Colney. Look at Villa, they had RDM in charge and were certainties to get relegated, a few weeks later after Steve Bruce came in and they look certainties for the play-offs
