There is plenty of evidence that suggests

Changing a manager, a good manager will see results improve. All managers have a limited shelf life and I think AN has had his time. The new man needs time to sort out the squad and prepare for the January window.

My main concern in January can we get rid of some real dead wood and have the ability to attract some fresh talent to our club. A big name manager and some positive results over the next six weeks would certainly help.
