I think this comes down to how big a personality

Moxey is/has. McNally had to persuade Delia to get rid of Gunn. Personally I don't think they're thinking of sacking him and they won't until gets worse. We as fans have that awkward scenario of wanting/not minding if the team loses because it's for the greater good.
