the Turkey refugee deal and 'treatment of Greece' were agreed by the EU Council

When you see a deal agreed by "EU leaders" that's what it means. It's why they had to get together so often to deal with the Greece crisis.

Our representative in the EU Council, as our elected leader, is Cameron. We voted for Cameron. Just because I vote for my MP doesn't mean I agree with everything our Parliament does. Does that make it undemocratic?
