don't think they have deep structural problems

their people and politicians just don't fervently subscribe to the neo-liberal economic policy that exists in most of northern europe.

I think in the long term, the countries which are set up to encourage big businesses, mass privatisation and relentless economic expansion will end up having greater problems.
