as do you, i only dabbled at it really but my old grandfather was a big cricket fan and taught me the rudiments when i was a nipper. keep your eye on the ball! i keep in touch with a few of the old lads but i'm not one for tipping up at reunions and that in a blazer and regimental tie, i've moved on. my son has just joined up though so i can kind of live it again vicariously, give him a bit of advice and mentoring and that. proudest bloke in the world at his passing-out parade i was. brilliant day.
