The initial plan was to expand locally, even if it meant moving to a purpose built site in wiltshire - but it was deemed tony blairs taxes werent justifiable when he would get tax relief by the chosen country to set up in. One senior manager told me at the time that james dyson was fuming.... To me its clear he would have expanded here.
