They are called rapists.

And in fairness it probably would significantly reduce the amount of rapes that take place where consent is a "grey area" if there was not such a culture of casual sex where men AND women did not jump into bed with each other, often when they don;t know each other and sometimes when utterly p**sed out of their brains. I don't know if that's the point he was really trying to make here. It is, however, a point about society generally and a rather different point to what he came out with in those quotes which is more akin to "men can't help themselves so women have to take a small part of the blame if they tempt them"!
