I never post things that people tell me about the club.

But colleagues of mine have some links with the academy. One of them told me not long ago that Hughton was very keen on the development of the academy and youth set-up, where Lambert was the polar opposite. In the long run, it may be important that we have that in place - apparently Lambert wouldn't have wanted it.

Still, what ifs and maybes. Flicks, farts and fannies.
