i cannot believe that a new manager with those players

available would NOT do better than the dire performances we have had to suffer this year. I know NW was never a a master tactician, but he CANNOT motivate them this season ( and its getting worse). A new manager would at least get them out of their comfort zones as they'd know they were playing for their futures.
