I have a similar tablet that I use quite a lot where I used to use a laptop

Examples:
- I used to have a laptop in the lounge for web surfing etc while watching TV, now use tablet, saves a lot of space and easier
- I used to take a laptop when I went away to listen to audiobooks and surf the net while in hotels. now take the tablet
- if I wake up early and can't get back to sleep I stay in bed and read the paper on the tablet
- I occasionally use it for iPlayer or internet radio, carry it around the house like a transistor radio
- a bit specialised but I use it to control my squeezebox music player, much easier than using the remote control and scrolling forever

Essentially it has displaced my laptop, though I still have a computer in my study. I am thinking of getting the Nexus 7 myself when the 3G one comes out later this month.
