Now that we are seriously getting into the legal apsects.

It goes to "sate of mind" what a person of a severley nervous dispostition does may be "reasonable" when all circumstances are considered. And, I don't have to prove I acted using reasonable force, the burden of proof lays with the accuser. If I t**t someone and am arrested for using excessive for the CPS must prove that I did.
