Don't send your kid to a religious school then
Plenty of schools of all faiths get money from the government already.
I personally would not send my children to a school of any particular faith other than perhaps a mainstream CofE school but even that would not be because of any deeply held religious beliefs (although i would describe myself as CofE) but more because church schools often tend (in my opinion) to be better and provide more structured education. Whatever school they went to though I certainly wouldn't have any objection to my children being taught that some people believe in creationsim. In fact, i would hope that in their RE classes they would be taught about all sorts of different religions so they can make up their own mind as to what they believe. To that extent we therefore appear to agree.
The people most likely to indoctrinate their children into a particular belief are going to be their parents and if they are staunchly religious in one way or another then whatever school they go to will probably not make a huge difference.
