I may be missing the point if all this but surely
Every C of E school is "creationist" to a degree and so what if they are, particularly of there are a free school. Parents don't have to send their children to a free school if they don't want to so so if you don't like the ethos or the teachings of the school don't apply to send your kids to it. I would have thought that one of the points of free schools is that it enables parents who believe they can do better than "mainstream" education establishments to set up schools that reflect their own favoured practices or beliefs.
I never went to a Roman Catholic school as i am not a Roman Catholic and I won;t be sending my children to one of the increasing numbers of Islamic schools. I'm not a creationist either but if enough of them want to get together and set up a school and send their children to it then so what?
