Thing is, if you go to a physio with back pain, they'll only do the same thing as the

chiropractor

It's just that physios are trained to massage and treat all injuries, whilst chiropractors focus mainly on the back (that's more of a reaction to the usual "chirpractors don't do anything, it's just a waste of money, mumbo jumbo, cynical etc etc)
