If you're interested I can tell you some of the stretches
The main two obvious ones you'll feel benefit from, are stretching your hamstrings, because that eases pressure off your lower back
And when you're laid in bed at night, and in the morning, bring your knees up. Lay the left leg down, lean bring the top of your right knee with your hand so it's overlapping the left
Pull your hand to the left, and retract your knee in the opposite direction, resisting what your left hand is doing
Repeat vice versa
Both those stretches will bring you relief, and you'll find out just how tight joints and muscles are even if you couldn't feel pain there initially
The on the muscles in your hips doing the second one is brilliant (is for me sat in an office 40 hours a week)
