While I agree that loans saved us in the first season

Roeder spent a huge amount on poor loans the following season.

Leroy Lita - good signing, but must have cost a fortune. I know Carl Moore (or whatever his name is) paid in part for him, but I can't believe there was no cost to Norwich for his services whatsoever on a three month basis.

Antoine Sibierski - again, probably on substantial wages at Wigan. Can't see him signing without a six figure signing on fee.

John Kennedy and Arturo Lupoli must have cost a small packet. Then there was Stefanovic - his signing on fee and wages are known to be high.

Roeder did well in his first season but failed to keep it up.
