2 big footballing decision errors
1. Not getting in a big target man at the start of last season (we never solved the problem all season)
2. Getting Hoolahan in as a replacement for Hucks (no problem with that part) but then trying to play him in Hucks' position on the left wing rather than shaping the team around playing Hollahan in his best (only?) position "in the hole" as this years team has been.
If he'd got those two decision right we'd probably have stayed up comfortably, loans or no loans (OK, we also had a problem with central defenders getting injured but I'm not blaming Roeder for that).
