I've just been chatting affiliates at the pub

I'm still to be convinced of the business model, I certainly wouldn't want to invest my future in it.

That's from the perspective of the person running an affiliate site though, I'm sure there is still lots of cash to be made from the other side though.

There will always be a queue of people willing to invest hundreds of hours of their own time for very little return.
