employers can basically just dismiss an employee who hasnt worked for an employer for 12 months with little reason and the employee cant do anything about it unless its a race, sexual, age e.t.c issue. I bet they have/will use the "recession" as an excuse.

I've booked myself on an accountancy course to open some new paths.
