"grassing"???

the team leader isnt fit to be a team leader and is taking the responsibility away from someone who perhaps deserves this position.

I didnt say I would grass him up tho, i suggested I would have a quiet word in his shell like 1 to 1 and tell him how he and his position have gone down in my estimation.

Anyone encouraging the taking of drugs into work should be fired anyway!!! A quiet 1 to 1 and he should think himself lucky.
