I reckon that's the likely outcome. Its just impossible to place those actions against

his usual work 'personality'.

He loves reminding me of the stupidist thing i did at work, which was getting caught playing football in an empty office space about 8 years ago, then does something like this!

Its the position he put his team member in that annoys me the most, young girl, unlikley to know too much better, who would have been sacked on the spot and refused a refrence.

Outside possiblity of policy involvement. Staggeringly stupid thing to do.
