You said the law allows you to defend your property. I said it doesn't.

Additionally, you said it would have been a different case if he had done so on them entering the building. It wouldn't. It was murder on the original evidence. What happened in the Appeal Court was that they persuaded the judges that he was mentally ill. They didn't consider the act to have been different before or after the burglary.
