and for fans like me it is relected in not only some of the "big name" players attitude, but also performances.

vast majority of england fans that go away that i've met are made up of "smaller clubs" - defo those that dont get to play in europe frequently... and most have the same opinion that sometimes it appears if the likes of rio, ashley cole and lamoard would rather be earning more appearence money for their clubs, rather than the inconvenience of a dull england friendly away to cyprus or somewhere!
