I love Glenn, but

moaning about players going to play for their country and coming back injured is bad form and sums up what is wrong with the state of our national game.

If he had ever played for England I'm sure he would have seen that it was one of the greatest achievable honours for a footballer and would have put his heart and soul into the performance.

Managers nowadays see it as a hinderance and I'm sure that message is sent down to the players.
