but grant inherited worthingtons squad

a squad of release clauses, and eggs in one basket signings

When good players left, and were replaced with iffy ones, coupled with fotheringhams injury, it was stacked against Grant

In the begginning, Grant actually did ok in the second half of the season when he was appointed, just like Roeder did, and he had a bad start to the season after players left, just like Roeder is doing now

One was inexperienced, and one is experienced, but the current outcome is the same, and the current reaction amongst the fans is the same

It would just be nice for once if we weren't so demanding and expectant on new faces and changes to perform straight away
