The board. Don't get me wrong: I'm not blaming them for our struggles after they inherited the club from Chase, and even their treatment of Rioch and indulgence of Hamilton could be described as naive mistakes, albeit big ones. But I doubt you'd find a single Norwich fan who, on relegation from the Prem, would've viewed 9th, 16th and 17th as in any way acceptable - and it doesn't matter how much progress we've made off the field. On it, this board have taken us backwards - and I'm buggered if I can see any sign of them having the faintest clue what to do about it.
