Work related legal question,
Can you get sacked if you've been off work for 3 weeks, have a docs note to cover it and have supplied a date to return. One of my mates got a letter yesterday telling him he was being sacked! I didn't know as it's not my bag all the legal stuff but wondered if anyone here knew anything?
