I thinkh e done alot of good things for us, i shoulder some of the blame on worthingtons in-ability to put a balanced squad together, worthing as a manger is decent, He just cant build a squad, and some of our so called better players strolling around not puting effort in... i'd take 11 players with the heart and commitment of hughes over most "players" in this current squad.
