I don't disagree. The point of my original posting was the

BBC article that said employers would not employ anyone without an A to C in A levels, except in unskilled jobs. I happen to think that this is stupidly short sighted.
All the rest was me on a bit of a wind up, but I do have a bee in my bonnet about the current obsession with academic achievement.
Praps it's an age thing.
