Ha ha, yes exactly.

Although, in the three years I spent there he spent 0 hours on it. Christ knows how much time he spent in the begining implementing it. I do know three occasions where he played the "If I don't get x/y/z benefit I shall be leaving, and it'd be a shame if anything happened to your RADIUS" card.

The same firm has done it since though, on other projects, so they haven't learnt a lesson.

The management don't care though. The guy that was our boss (me and the chap that wrote the RADIUS) at the time has since made his millions (about 8, as far as you can tell from the shares he sold) and f**ked off to wamer climes.
