there are many free open-source Radius servers and clients available!

My problem is with our security guys. We need a 3rd party to be able to send Radius requests to a billing system using Radius. They normally do this over UDP on a secure line, but our security are freaking out because the idiots who developed the Radius solution hosted it in our LAN. Therefore no inbound communication allowed. The workaround is to use a WebMethods reverse invoke mechanism but it requires HTTP requests which then have to be translated to Radius.
