I'm sorry i disagree

I agree that if hair has doen them on the basis of just suspicion and no evidence then yes that is dodgy and I can understand why the Pakistanis were upset.

However in the interview of Sky with the president of the PCB yesterday afternoon when it was all happening he clearly said that the umpires went out and the pakistani team stayed into make their protest. The umpires then came off again and he said that they came into the dressing room and told both sets of players that they were going out again and if either team did not come out onto the pitch they would be deemed to have forfeited the game. Pakistand did not come out and so they were rightly deemed to have forfeited.

So whilst I agree that if hair has ruled they were ball tampering with no evidence then he is at fault, the decision to forfeit the game was correct in my view. The biggest problem was that nobody had the balls to make an immediate announcement to that effect that would have cleared up all the confusion.
