Not sure what that’s supposed to show

The foul appears to have been the defender clumsily running across him and clipping his ankle long before that frame but the sky replay doesn’t clearly show the moment where contact would have happened as it’s on the edge of the frame.

My instinct says it was a penalty as didn’t look simulated plus the defender didn’t really complain. Just really poor defending
